Who are your products intended for?
Our offer is primarily aimed at wholesale customers.

Is there a minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum order quantity; however, we mainly focus on wholesale sales. Our shipments are arranged in 20- and 40-foot containers.

How many windows can fit into one container?
A 40-foot High Cube (HC) container can hold between 300 and 500 windows, depending on their size, with a total weight of approximately 40,000 pounds (18,000 kg).

How long does it take to process an order?
Production of white uPVC windows typically takes about 2 weeks from order confirmation. Container shipping usually takes around 30 days. The entire production and delivery process takes approximately 45 to 60 days.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers, including payments in U.S. dollars (USD). Orders are confirmed upon receipt of a minimum 50% deposit. After the deposit, you will receive a proforma invoice. Shipment occurs once full payment is received. The final invoice will be issued on the day of shipment.

Can you handle customs clearance for me?
Absolutely, we can manage all formalities including customs clearance. In such cases, an additional fee  is added to cover customs duties and related fees.

Do you have the NFRC certification?
Yes, we hold NFRC certification for aluminum windows – Aliplast and uPVC – Aluplast NEO.
